The community of World of Warcraft has to cope with another bad omen. Because the coming WoW book was moved again. However, that could mean that the next big content patch from World of Warcraft continues to afar.

Patch 9.2 could therefore be more than 5 months away.

What happened? The next book on World of Warcraft with the simple title Sylvanas by Christie Golden was postponed again. After the publication of originally postponed November 2021 on February 2022, there was a change again. According to current plans, the Sylvanas book will be published in English until March 29, 2022. The German version usually follows only a few weeks or months later.

What to do with WOW? In the past, Blizzard has taken care of that books seem to match the fact that books appear due to important events in time, for example as an intro into a new extension or as a link between two extensions.

That the Sylvanas book is moved again, it could be an indication that the next big patch 9.2 - whichever discloses new aspects of Sylvana s history has also been postponed. A new release date for the book could therefore cover yourself with a release date for the patch.

Of course, this is not confirmed by Blizzard and an official statement about Patch 9.2 will probably only exist in a few months after Patch 9.1.5 has been released.

What does that mean for WOW players? Probably little good. The patch 9.1.5 brings a few smaller innovations, but is also bad in the criticism that there is too little, too late .
